Advancing Our Ventilator Care With Expert, Hayley Burnett

As part of the Foundations Health family, we strive to improve patient care, especially for those with respiratory and ventilator needs. With over 15 years of experience in pulmonary and critical care, we are proud to welcome Hayley Burnett, MS, ACNP-BC, to join our medical team as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in acute care. Partnering with our Pulmonary Director and nursing team, she will offer quality medical care to our ventilator and respiratory patients. Adding her specialized medical expertise to our service lines will enhance the caliber of respiratory coverage for those we serve.


_{Hayley Burnett, MS, ACNP-BC}

Hayley received her Master of Science degree from Wright State University in 2010. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner across many settings including offices, long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH) and extended care facilities. Most recently, her experience includes the last seven years in a Dayton pulmonary practice caring for all types of pulmonary and sleep medicine illnesses including, but not limited to, those on mechanical ventilation, ARDS, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease and tracheostomies. She has a passion for patient education and strives to provide individualized care in partnership with her patients.

Hayley and her husband have two daughters and a son. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and going to their campground near Brookville Lake, Indiana, in the summer. Her first love is her children and staying involved with their after-school activities.
